The Hub is committed to building quality improvement capacity and capability throughout NHSScotland in a sustainable way, rather than creating dependency. One of the ways in which we do this is through tailored implementation support to NHS boards. We work closely with staff from within the board to ensure transfer of knowledge and skills which can be used, and further disseminated, in the future by those we work with. The knowledge we gain from working with NHS boards on specific issues is used to develop our improvement approaches for future work across NHSScotland.
